you are looking for just an over-nighter stop by
or give us a call, if we have vacancy we will let you

for advance reservations we will have a minimum
amount of nights you can reserve, we will not do an advanced reservation
for a single night

rates
and $215 per night or $975 per week in the spring/fall

rates
and $295 or $1315 per week in the spring/fall

about occupancy it is the way we can keep our
cottages a very pleasant place to stay without
an over abundance of noise or commotion from your neighbors
The following are
the occupancy limits for the cottages (including
children), for all times of the day
and night

3 bedroom cottages:
up to 6 persons is best ( 8 persons
max) prices based on 6 persons, additional
charges for the 7th and 8th person
2 bedroom cottages:
up to 4 persons is best (5 persons
max) prices based on 4 persons, additional
charge for the 5th person
