you are looking for just an over-nighter stop by
or give us a call, if we have vacancy we will let you

for advance reservations we will have a minimum
amount of nights you can reserve, we will not do an advanced reservation
for a single night

pets, and fit in with the quiet fishing type clients we already have in the
other cottages, docking and use of boat launch

our rates do not have any extra fees,
just HST tax, boat launch and docking are included for free, no
extra charges !
a 2 bedroom is $270 per night or $1075 per week summer rates
a 3 bedroom is $345 per night or $1470 per week summer
rates very simple, stay where you can keep your boat.

Spencer's Cottages is strict
about occupancy it is the way we can keep our
cottages a very pleasant place to stay without an
over abundance of noise or commotion from your neighbors
The following are
the occupancy limits for the cottages (including
children), for all times of the day
and night
.
3 bedroom cottages:
( 8 persons max) prices based on
6 persons, additional charges for
the 7th and 8th person
2 bedroom cottages:
(5 persons max) prices
based on 4 persons, additional charge for the
5th person
1 bedroom cottages:
( 2 persons max)
prices based on 2 persons,
1 bedroom
cottages are quite small are are better suited to 1 or 2 persons,
if you are more persons , you will rent a 2 bedroom
