SPENCER'S IS TRYING TO RENT COTTAGES TO
CLIENTS WHO OWN THEIR OWN BOATS, REASONABLE RATES,
ON-SITE LAUNCH RAMP AND DOCKING FREE WITH COTTAGE

. we have several vacancies the first 3 weeks of June, we
will rent cottages for 2, 3, or 4 nights and of coarse it is a better value
to rent weekly
.
we have limited vacancy the letter part of June and the
beginning of July
.
we have a split week at the end of July and have a 2
bedroom available starting July 30 that can at this point go into the August
long weekend,
so consider a Tuesday to Tuesday rental of July 30 to
Aug 6, or whatever works for you
.
We do have vacancies the first 2 weeks of August in 2
bedroom cottages, as well as the last week of August

Spencer's Cottages is strict about
occupancy it is the way we can keep our cottages a
very pleasant place to stay without an over abundance
of noise or commotion from your neighbors
The following are the occupancy
limits for the cottages (including children),
for all times of the day and night
.
3 bedroom cottages:
( 8 persons max) prices based on 6
persons, additional charges for the 7th
and 8th person
2 bedroom cottages:
(5 persons max) prices based
on 4 persons, additional charge for the 5th person
1 bedroom cottages:
( 2 persons max) prices
based on 2 persons,
1 bedroom cottages are quite
small are are better suited to 1 or 2 persons, if you are more
persons , you will rent a 2 bedroom
