  until the middle of 2009, or later ( still under review, no firm decision has been made yet)
All that is required is a birth certificate or other proof of citizenship. The same  as for the last couple of years.

also note that a USA passport is valid for 10 years and travelling anywhere with this document makes border crossing or flying very easy and quick,

therefore reservations are considered a contract; there will be  no refunds  for late arrivals or early departures

Spencer's Cottages is strict about occupancy it is the way we can keep our cottages a very pleasant place to stay without an over abundance of noise or commotion from your neighbours. The following are the occupancy limits for the cottages (including children),  for all times of the day and night

3 bedroom cottages:
( 8 persons max)

2 bedroom cottages:
(5 persons max)

 1 bedroom cottages:
 ( 4 persons max)

( Spencer's is happy to rent for one night in the off season;  but we will only take advance reservations for two nights or more, single nights are on a first come basis,    although into the later half of september and october we are not as strict on this rule)

WE HAVE BOAT RENTALS    PONTOON BOATS WITH 40 OR 50 HP MOTORS    OR OUR MOST POPULAR  16 FT. 30 HP BASS-TYPE BOAT WITH STEERING WHEEL, SWIVEL SEATS, AND A DEPTH/FISH FINDER. THE BOAT RENTALS ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AS WELL AS OUR COTTAGERS  ( cottagers receive a 20% discount on boat rentals of one full day or longer)

for the 2008 season if you find yourselves in the area. Some suggections are to book a motel room ,or bed and breakfast ,or if you are lucky, another waterfront resort and rent one of our boats to use from our docks or take to another waterfront resort.  When a boat is rented for more than a day it becomes your vessel to use from sun-up to sun-down, this provides you with more freedom as well as increased time with the rental, and best of all there is a 10% discount for rentals of  2 to 5 days otherwise the weekly price applies.
