Spencer's Cottages is strict about
occupancy it is the way we can keep our cottages a
very pleasant place to stay without an over abundance
of noise or commotion from your neighbors
The following are the occupancy
limits for the cottages (including children),
for all times of the day and night

3 bedroom cottages:
( 8 persons max) prices based on
6 persons, additional charges for the
7th and 8th person
2 bedroom cottages:
(5 persons max) prices based
on 4 persons, additional charge for the 5th person
1 bedroom cottages:
( 2 persons max) prices
based on 2 persons,
1 bedroom cottages
are quite small are are better suited to 1 or 2 persons, if
you are more persons , you will rent a 2 bedroom
